While we get our full-blown review ready for
Touchstone's "The Guardian", peep today's new releases.
If you didn't get enough of Ang Lee's epic the first time around,
Universal's releasing a 2-disc edition of "Brokeback Mountain" today
that should please all rabid fans. But you know us, we'll be sticking
with the bloody mayhem of "Saw III" to see what hijinks Jigsaw's up to
this time around. There's just something about toying with people's
lives that makes us giddy, no matter what iteration it takes in film.
And lastly we're dying to see "This Film is not Yet Rated," an expose
on the MPAA ratings board. Originally the board slapped this movie with
an NC-17 rating when it hit theatres, causing a lot of controversy by
thus making the film even more of a limited release. If you're a film
buff, don't miss this one.
