John Carpenter Has "F.E.A.R." on the Brain

The Horror Channel's Dread Central Web site has snagged a delicious interview with John Carpenter. Hilariously, they sat down with the horror icon to discuss the video game "F.E.A.R.," assuming that Carpenter must have had a hand in it at some level.

Nope, it turns out he was just there to brag about what a great game it is. Apparently he's quite a gamer. And he's far more talkative about the game than he is about any potential film projects on the horizon.

He does, however, give a brief description of his installment for Showtime's upcoming "Masters of Horror" series. He also seems to come to life at the thought of someone remaking "They Live," considering it's political pertinence. Carpenter fans will want to be sure to check it all out.
