Mia Farrow Returns to Her Roots

Of all things, Mia Farrow has apparently sold her soul to the Devil. Yup, according to GOREZONE, the woman known round the world as Rosemary Woodhouse has signed on to the ridiculously titled "Omen 666" remake. I mean, was there even a part 5? There damn sure wasn't a part 665. Oh, well.

It will be interesting to learn just what role the dainty legend will be playing in "666," as GOREZONE only speculates that perhaps it will be Mrs. Baylock. A good guess, I suppose, though the whole idea of reimagining "The Omen" seems more than a little sacrilegious to begin with. There's something untouchable about the performances in the original, even if it's someone as capable as Farrow doing the touching.

I suppose I should just sit back and hope for the best with this one, but it's awfully hard to err on the side of optimism. This isn't a remake of "Night of the Lepus" we're talking about here. It's one of the greatest horror films of all time! Please, a little care.--Pete Mesling
