Coming Soon: Atari Flashback Portable

Oh... to be able to play "Pitfall Harry" in the privacy of my own bathroom, or any other room for that matter.

Apparently Curt Vendel, the guy that made the all-in-one Atari Flashback a reality, was getting everyone on the AtariAge forums all hopped up on promises of a portable model -- and had the pictures to prove it.

The portable will supposedly have ports for two joysticks and run on 3 AA batteries. It will also pack plenty of classic Atari games inside, so you won't need any cartridges, says Joystiq.

Don't get too twitchy; there's no word on when it will be available for purchase. -- Rachel Cericola
