Resident Evil: UC - New Gameplay Trailer

A new gameplay video for the latest Resident Evil shows of some of the game's shooting mechanics. Umbrella Chronicles is a first person shooter set to "interactive rails." Players will be guided around levels as zombies pop-up House of the Dead style. Check the vid.

This is where the bickering starts. Is it just me, or does this game look downright crappy? I, for one, am not too thrilled to be glued-down to a specific pathway. But if I am going to be glued-down, at least give me an awesome weapon, fantastic visuals and a very responsive set of violent physics. The visuals do seem to be glorious for those of the Wii. But doesn't it seem a bit strange that zombies need to be put down with more than one headshot? Shoot them in the face, they die. Why is that so hard to comprehend?? Here, the undead get shot in the face and all they do is lean back a little, bare their teeth and come in for more brains.

Oh, and I was truly terrified when the giant crab claw ripped into the ceiling. If it wasn't for the crab-picking mallet I keep on me at all times, I think I would have been a'goner.

there's no way the game looks like this. other previews made the game look great but this trailer makes it look like it was on the Nintendo 64 instead of the wii. wat the crap is that?
