Nicole Tries to Hide Ring

Perhaps exhausted from shooting down rumours of her imminent marriage, Nicole Kidman is intent on trying to hide her engagement ring.

According to my spy, when the Aussie stunner arrived at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel this week for American Society of Cinematographers’ awards gala, she waited outside in her car for 35 minutes, and entered just moments before she was to present an award. This way she managed to avoid all the camera crews on the red carpet outside.

Once inside, Kidman resolutely kept her left hand out of sight, covering her diamond engagement ring. While photographed from behind the actress even contorted her arms to make sure that the ring was not visible. Nicole had previously displayed her ring with pride and even held hands with Keith at the recent Grammy Awards. So, why hide now? C’mon Nicole, who are you kidding?
