CNN reports that the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, 20-year-old Daniel Smith, was not due to a "suicidal overdose." The pathologist who performed the second autopsy, did confirm that Daniel Smith was on anti-depressants, which caused some speculation about possible suicide. The psychiatrist who prescribed the meds says the dosage was low, and the depression minor and girl-related. I remember watching Daniel on his mom's horrendous show and marveling at how normal he seemed after such a crazy life. Apparently there was no foul play involved, but I just don't understand how something like this happens. He just up and died while chilling in the hospital room? The whole thing is seriously fishy.

In other, more frivolous, news, Access Hollywood is reporting that our danger-loving lady Lindsay Lohan fractured her wrist in two places, after a fall at Milk Studios in New York. She was there attending a Fashion Week event, and slipped on the (allegedly) slick ground. L. Lo's mom drove in from Long Island to keep her company at St. Vincent's, while her attorney started plans to sue Milk Studios for their groundkeeping negligence. At least she was wearing undies?
