People is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith and her long-term attorney Howard Stern made their relationship more "official" in a "low-key" "commitment ceremony" in the Bahamas on Thursday. C'mon. Just another chapter, entitled "Publicity Stunt 774", in the pulp fiction that is her life.

In more refreshingly not-fake news, CNN reports that Amanda Peet and screenwriter David Benioff are expecting a baby and will marry this weekend. Peet, four months pregnant, admitted to Dave Letterman on his "Late Show" that her nickname on the set of her new (and horrid) show, "Studio 60", is "Fatty." Oh, Hollywood. I do enjoy that Ms. Peet, though. So cute and normal-seeming. I'm glad she'll have something to look forward to when that nightmare of a "drama" gets canned.
