Gyllenhaal, Sarsgaard Plan for Wedding and Baby

Two Indie sweethearts, both on-screen and off, recently spilled to People that their romance just got two shades more serioius. Maggie Gyllenhaal (sister to Jake) and Peter Sarsgaard, who've been dating for four years, are expecting their first child together and plan to wed as well.

Both actors have long been staples in the Indie film world and have garnered roles in a few better-known films of recent years. She's been in almost thirty films, including 40 Days and 40 Nights, Mona Lisa Smile and Paris, je t'aime, premiering at Cannes next month. He's been in just as many, namely Boys Don't Cry, Garden State and Kinsey. Both have also co-starred with Jake Gyllenhaal--she in Donnie Darko, he in Jarhead--so it seems their little one will be welcomed into a happy Indie family.

It's the first wedding for both. Look for Gyllenhaal in Oliver Stone's much-anticipated World Trade Center; Sarsgaard begins filming Small Tragedy next month.
