With his most recent sitcom cancelled and his standup career stalled, Bill Cosby has had plenty of time to stew on other projects. The end result of all this stewing is a script for a live-action adaptation of Cosby's '70s cartoon "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids." The Hollywood Reporter says 20th Century Fox is ogling "Fat Albert" as a franchise, which means the first film will be a big budget, hyped release. If "Fat Albert" succeeds, perhaps a cross-over film could be arranged with another Fox franchise: X-Men. Mushmouth vs. Wolverine? Hell, that's better than Alien vs. Predator.
