"King of the Ants" creeps to DVD

Although a major theatrical release has yet to be announced, Stuart Gordon's visceral adaptation of "King of the Ants" may soon see the light of day on VHS and DVD, according to Fangoria's website.

Those who have been lucky enough to see the film on the festival circuit may gasp at Fangoria's claim that Gordon has snagged an R rating for "Ants" without cutting any footage. But cuts or no cuts, this is sure to be a welcome release for Stuart Gordon fans everywhere.--Pete Mesling
