Early Spider-Man 2 Review Gives Aces All Around

The Hollywood Reporter has made a preemptive scoop strike on the "Spider-Man 2" front by posting an early review. The verdict is good. Very good, in fact.

Reviewer Kirk Honeycutt says the psychological turmoil of conflicted hero Peter Parker gives an unusual degree of depth to a comic book movie. And the effects aren't too shabby either: "Production values exceed those of the earlier film in creating a comic book world with design, costumes, cinematography and CG effects that deliver the 'wow' factor in spades," Honeycutt writes.
