Fahrenheit 9/11 DVD Coming Oct. 5

The Bush administration isn't going to like this at all. Variety says Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" will arrive on DVD Oct. 5, just in time to stoke the embers of controversy before the Nov. 2 election.

It's possible "Fahrenheit" will still be in theaters when the DVD arrives, but Variety says that isn't likely to deter Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment from unleashing the DVD on the masses. To date, "Fahrenheit 9/11" has brought in more than $113 million during its seven week theatrical run.

Amazon.com has a rundown on the DVD's extra features, which may include National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice's 9/11 Commission testimony and a "Release of Fahrenheit 9/11" featurette. Variety notes that these extras could change.
