Scarlett Johansson Finds Work on The Island

Scarlett Johansson is in negotiations to join Ewan McGregor in the upcoming sci-fi film "The Island," says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows a "harvested being" (probably McGregor) who seeks to escape the utopian facility where he's being held. The being is shocked into self-awareness by a team of underground hackers who wage a secret war against an all-seeing comput ... wait, wrong movie.

If she signs on, Johansson will play a pregnant woman whom the "harvested being" turns to for help.

"The Island" will be directed by Michael Bay. Filming is set to begin Oct. 25.
