Christopher Guest Prepping Oscar Parody

The man behind "Waiting for Guffman," "Best in Show" and "A Mighty Wind" is taking aim at the folly of Oscar races. Sources tell New York Magazine that Christopher Guest's next mockumentary will focus on Hollywood's annual battle for Academy Award nominations. The subject matter assures that this new film will not be released by renowned Oscar mud-slinger Miramax.

The title of this masterpiece-in-waiting: "For Your Consideration."
