Mystery Surrounds James Bond Casting

The James Bond cavalcade continues. The latest name to surface in connection with the iconic role is Daniel Craig ("Layer Cake," "The Jacket"). According to WENN, Craig has been offered a three-picture deal.

So why hasn't Craig's casting been announced? No one knows. It could be a publicity ploy. It could be a debacle. It might even be both. Nonetheless, WENN says an "insider" claims Craig's involvement is common knowledge within EON Productions, the company behind the Bond franchise.
