Premiere Shows off New Batman Pics

The June issue of Premiere Magazine dedicates its cover story to "Batman Begins" and it appears the Premiere editors scored themselves a slew of new pictures to accompany the piece. (Note: Free registration is required to access the photos. Trust me, it's worth it.) The pictures prove, undeniably, that the curse of Joel Schumacher has been reversed.

In other "Batman" news [SPOILERS AHEAD], Coming Soon! says the same Premiere article discusses future "Batman" sequels. "Batman Begins" writer David Goyer says additional installments could see Batman team with Commissioner Gordon and Two-Face to take on the Joker, but unlike the first "Batman," the Joker won't bite it in the end. Goyer says a third film would follow the Joker's trial.

"Batman Begins" opens June 15. For more "Batman" news visit our "Batman" spotlight page. -- Mac Slocum
