Jodie Foster Goes to Court

Jodie Foster Variety says Oscar-winner Jodie Foster will direct the legal drama, "Sugar Kings."

The story follows a pair of attorneys -- one young, one a "veteran" -- who aim to stop evil sugar barons from oppressing migrant laborers.

Foster may also star in the film. I'm guessing she'll play the "veteran" lawyer, but since she's directing, she can play pretty much anyone she wants.

Further production details have not been released. -- Mac Slocum
