Dreamtheater has a piece on casting speculation for a sequel to this summer's "Batman Begins." They get their speculation from BatmanonFilm.com. Among the candidates they list Lachy Hulme and Paul Bettany. Paul Bettany been around in quite a few flicks over the past few years, including "Master and Commander" and "Knight's Tale." While Hulme has been in less well known films he did have a role in "Matrix: Revolutions" and the "The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course."
Both of these guys could really do well with this part. Hulme needs it a bit more, as neither of the films listed for him helped anyone's career. Bettany on the other hand could use this as a stepping stone to get to the level of leading man. However if Bettany doesn't get it, he can get his revenge by reminding the world that he can go home and sleep with his wife - Jennifer Connelly. --Terrence Ryan

I actually heard that Crispin Glover was an option, which I think could be awesome... but I am wondering if he is way too cartoony for a not-so-cartoony Batman.
