ComingSoon.net has a brief article about a possible collaboration among Edward Norton, Colin Farrell, and Noah Emmerich under the directing lead of Gavin O'Connor ("Miracle.") The project, titled "Pride and Glory"will potentially star Norton as a detective investigating corruption charges in his brother's (Emmerich) precinct. Farrell would play Norton's friend a possible corrupt member of the aforementioned precinct. Shooting is set to begin in January in New York.
While this sounds like a cool project all around, it would be very exciting for Emmerich. Emmerich who has done an excellent job in supporting role in "Truman Show," "Frequency," and "Miracle" has not had many opportunities like this before. It sounds like this role will have a lot of face time, and show him in deeper role than he has had in a mainstream film to date.
Let's hope the film moves to production. --Terrence Ryan
