Anna Faris to Headline Independent Film

Coming Soon has a report that Anna Faris will take the lead role in an upcoming independent production. The film, a comedy named, "Smiley Face," will tell the tale of Jane, a young woman with a crazy roommate. She eats the roommate's pot cupcakes. She spends the rest of the movie trying to fix a whole series of comedic mishaps. Production begins in January 2006 in Los Angeles. --Terrence Ryan
