Bryan Singer is slated to take on a remake of "Logan's Run" according to MoviesOnline. It will be his first project after he completes the eagerly awaited "Superman Returns." His goal is to take on the original concept of the movie and book and go from there . He hints that it will be more of an action flick than the original allegorical sci-fi flick.
The 1976 picture told the story of a distopia/utopia in the 23rd century. People live in relative comfort after some sort of holocaust, except that they are forced by society to die at that age of 30. In Singer's hands there should be a good balance between the original's social commentary and his revision's action. --Terrence Ryan
