Oldman False Alarm

Cinematical has is that the rumor that Gary Oldman is not going to return for the fifth Harry Potter, was just that, a rumor. It seems that they were created from a combination of factors, including stray words from his manager, and chic new casting procedures. Oldman's scenes won't be shot for awhile, but they will be shot.

Frankly I'm surprised they even let this be an issue. The fifth book was out when they were casting for Black. You know Black has a big role in the fifth book. I imagine that you make a cushy contract with the actor and lock him in. Am I missing something? --Terrence Ryan
