More Stars Shine over Reno

Cinematical is reporting that ever more stars have signed on for cameos in the upcoming Reno 911 movie. In this installment, the normal crew of Reno 911 will be joined by The Rock, Danny DeVito, and Paul Reubens. No word on any of the roles involved, but it is mentioned that none will be big.

The writer of the Cinematical piece, Martha Fischer, posits that the film will probably be successful, and may even be a box office surprise. I'm willing to go along with her, and even go a bit further. As long as they don't pay the cameo actors too much, the flick should definitely be profitable due to the low-cost, mockumentary format. Hopefully that will lead to more from this talented crew. --Terrence Ryan
