Sienna Miller replaces Lohan for "Best Time"

As we reported a couple weeks ago, the Dylan Thomas-Caitlin MacNamara-Vera Phillips love triangle/mess will soon reach the silver screen as "The Best Time of Our Lives," a biopic to be directed by John Maybury from a script by Kiera Knightley's mom (a.k.a Sharman MacDonald). Knightley herself will be taking the role of Phillips.

The role of MacNamara had previously been held by recently-rehabbed former child actress Lindsay Lohan--who went so far as to claim that this version of the tale would include some lesbian overtones. For reasons that have been reported as being monetary in nature, Lohan has now dropped out.

Sienna "that-chick-in-garters-from-Layer-Cake" Miller will instead take the role. No reports yet on whether or not there will be a nurse's station outside every theater, handing out cool compresses to all the overheated fanboys.

Filming on "Lives" begins in May, on location in Wales.
