Last Airbender Teaser Trailer Premiere Announced

What better way to premiere the first footage of your film than before one of the biggest films of the summer.
According to TeaserTrailer.com, the live-action adaptation of the animated series "The Last Airbender" will have its teaser trailer shown to the world before "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," which opens on June 24th. The film's producer Frank Marshall has confirmed the rumor, stating that "The teaser trailer for AIRBENDER will be attached to TRANSFORMERS…”
Lined up as what could be the first of three films (depending on the first film's success), the $250 million trilogy has its first chapter being written, produced, and directed by the master of suspense M. Night Shyamalan. He is only attached for the first film at this time.
"The Last Airbender's" headline stars feature Dev Patel, fresh off his enormous "Slumdog Millionaire" success and Cliff Curtis ("10,000 B.C," "The Fountain," "Runaway Jury"). The film is slated for a release date on July 2nd, 2010.
