Great Ad: Citibank's "Big Boy" Commercial

Citibank's latest ad kills me every time it airs. You've undoubtedly seen this thing -- a balding guy goes through his morning ritual while slogging through his credit card company's phone system. We've all been there: "Press 1 for English, Press 8 for your balance, Press 6 to go straight to Hell and die."

There's one part of the ad that absolutely slays me. It goes like this:

Phone Prompt: Please say your password.

Man: [muffled] big ... boy.

Phone Prompt: Please repeat.

Man: [loud] BIG ... BOY!

My transcription doesn't do the ad justice. You've gotta watch it yourself.

BIG BOY!

Side question: Does anyone know the name of the actor in the ad?
