Review and Analysis - "Battlestar Galactica" Season 3 Premiere

Battlestar Galactica Season 3After what seemed like an eternity, the SciFi Channel returns us to the tale of this ragtag fugitive fleet.

At the end of last season we saw the Cylons take control of the humans on New Caprica while the Galactica, Pegasus and a few civilian ships narrowly escape. We return to the action four months later where resistance fighters are getting desperate in their struggle against the Cylons.

In this double episode we see suicide bombings, executions, sordid human/Cylon sex, a pudgy & whiny Apollo, Adama trusting a Cylon, and Starbuck with a kid!

Check out Battlestar Fodder for a full summary of both episodes plus a discussion section on key plot points. -- Shannon Nolley
