"24" - Season 6

OK...sure - '24' is not technically science fiction. But, if with what Jack Bauer can do with his cell phone, how far off is it really? *grin*

So, with the series sixth season debut just a week away, I came up with how I think the 6th season of '24' should begin...

"I'm Federal Agent Jack Bauer, and today is longest day of my life."

"After saving the day and exposing President Logan as the cowardly traitor that he is, I was taken into custody by Chinese nationalist forces, who blamed me for the deaths incurred in an embassy raid. After being tortured for an indeterminate amount of time, I decided to escape."

"After taking out my captors, I made my way west across the country. Armed only with my cell phone and weapons acquired along the way, I was forced to kill approximately 2.5 billion Chinese citizens in the course of my escape into Burma. While in Burma, I made an acquantance with another American freedom fighter, John Rambo. Although he seemed patriotic, I could not trust him, so I had to take him out. In less than 24 hours, I made it to the ocean, and swam south and east around Malaysia to the US military base in Guam, where I highjacked a Stealth bomber to complete my trip back to Los Angeles."

"CTU has re-enstated me as a special consultant, pending my trial for my actions in China, which was obviously self-defense, by the way. But, as even as long as yesterday was, today will be the longest day of my life."

Just to note, 'Rambo IV' is rumored to be set in Burma, if you are wondering why I picked that locale. Ah well...I made myself laugh.

The new season of '24' premieres January 14th and 15th (4 hours total) on FOX.
