Reminder: "True Blood" Premiere

The new vampire drama, "True Blood", will premiere this Sunday night at 9:00 PM EST.

It's no secret that I have high hopes for this show. Alan Ball ("Six Feet Under") does excellent work and Anna Paquin is more than capable of carrying the lead of a TV drama. HBO has provided a serious amount of PR for the show, with mock documentaries, real behind-the-scenes shows and previews. Somebody is losing a job if this show flops!

I intend to watch the premiere on Sunday or Monday and then post my impressions as soon as I can. Let me know what you think!
