New "Supernatural"!
It's no secret - "Supernatural" is my favorite show. So, I am happy to remind everyone that the second half of the season begins Thursday, January 15th at 9:00 PM on The CW.
If you recall, we last saw the Winchester boys successfully navigate through an encounter that turned into a throwdown with some high level demons and two angels. During the process, Angel Anna got her "Angel Mojo" back and sent the demons and other angels back to where they came from. They boys also have been romantically involved with Angel Anna and Demon Ruby.
Pretty cool stuff.
"Supernatural" is high quality television, despite my somewhat ridiculous-sounding recap. The plots are smart, funny and treat the audience as intelligent. The writers do not waste time on obvious exposition (like, say, a typical "Fringe" episode); instead, they assume that you will get it. And, people do!
All I know is that I trust creator Eric Kripke implicitly. Heck, even the TV guy over at EW.com has promised to start watching the show. If you are not yet watching, pick it up for a few episodes and let me know what you think. You won't be disappointed.
Can't wait until Thursday becomes officially AWESOME again!
