Sopranos May See 7th Season
Call it an offer that no one could refuse.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that "The Sopranos" might take a whack at a seventh season on HBO.
Cast member Michael Imperioli, who plays Christopher Moltisanti, seems to think there might be one more season coming. But creator David Chase has publicly stated that he doesn't want to dishonor the family, and would like to end the show while it's still on top. Chase said the same thing about the fifth season, so you never know. No doubt HBO execs would be frothing at the mouth, considering "Sex and the City" is now gone and the last season of "Six Feet Under" is upon us.
Keep your fingers crossed. Hopefully both sides will decide to leave the gun -- and the cannolis. In the meantime, the sixth season begins production on April 29. -- Rachel Cericola
