Star Wars to Continue on TV

Don't toss out your Boba Fett mask just yet. Despite George Lucas' announcement that "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" will be the last in the series, Lucas is far from retirement. MTV News says Lucas will be developing two new "Star Wars"-themed television shows.

The first is a live action program based on "Star Wars," but don't expect it to focus around any of the main movie characters. The untitled project will be set somewhere between Episodes III ("Sith") and IV ("A New Hope"). The other show, "Clone Wars," is a half-hour 3-D animated series based on the existing series of shorts that were shown on the Cartoon Network. Broadcast dates, networks, and Muppet-related appearances have not yet been announced for either project.

Lucas is also working to develop the fourth installment of "Indiana Jones," and Lucas can be seen on the May 12 episode of "The O.C." playing himself. Is this guy versatile or what?
