Entourage Returns in June
HBO fans go through a lot of pain -- and I'm not just talking about those monthly cable fees. Without a doubt, HBO has been cranking out some of the best TV shows over the past few years, but how do they thank the audience? They milk every damn one of them and make you wait for the new season.
Thankfully, Zap2It is reporting that "Entourage" will kick off its second season in June. As a reward for your patience, they are planning to pair it up with Lisa Kudrow's new show "The Comeback." Don't expect Smelly Cat to make a cameo, but Kudrow should provide plenty of laughs as a former sitcom star looking to regain her glory days.
"Entourage" will pick up a few months after it left off, following Vincent Chase's (Adrian Grenier) budding movie career as his friends hang on for the ride. The show is based on executive producer/actor/former Funky Bunch master Mark Wahlberg and some of his actual experiences. If you haven't been interested, "Entourage" is worth a watch just for Jeremy Piven, who stars as Vince's agent. Is there any jerk that this guy can't play to an absolute tee?
Exact dates have not been announced for either show. Catch up on the first season of "Entourage" on Sunday nights at 10 p.m. on HBO. -- Rachel Cericola
