Lost Poll: What Happened to the Hatch?

The Hatch Question
What happened to the hatch in the season 2 finale?

It was blown into wee Dharma bits.
It got sucked into a wormhole.
It compressed into a ball of nothingness.
It's dinged and dented, but still operational.
Nothing happened. Everything is fine. Move along.

I'm going for Dinged and Dented. I support the "the key reversed magnets polarity" theory and everything was pushed away. But that means flying knives for John (no lost for ages has made me forget his surname was Locke!) and Eko.

By the way, filming on Season 3 starts in three weeks, according to one Dominic Monaghan on the Friday Night with Jonathan Ross show. (In the UK)

I remember last summer wondering... "what's in the hatch" A person just living down there w/ plenty of food supply and medicine was the last thing i expected.
Yeah.... Ummmm....
I have no clue what happened to the hatch or it's inhabitants.

I believe the blast doors were built to withstand the explosion, this specific explosion.

I agree. If the blast doors were to prevent Hatch crew from leaving the hatch during airdrops, why not just electrically lock the main way in?

Does anyone think that Darma is really real life HAARP?

Google HAARP on the internet and check out what the Canadian Government and the Pentagon are doing in Alaska.

COMMENT WARNINGS
  1. If your post contains spoilers -- or even hints at spoilers -- add ***** SPOILERS ***** to the top of your comment.
  2. Your post will NOT immediately show up if you post any URLs. Because of ongoing spam issues, I need to manually approve comments that include links. This sucks, but it's the only solution at this time.
  3. Super-long URLs screw up the page. If you post one of these, people will get very angry at you and really, no one wants that. The solution is easy. Go to www.tinyurl.com and create a mini URL.
  4. Do not post under multiple identities and then have inane conversations with yourself. This kind of nonsense will get you banned from the blog.
  5. Do not post in ALL CAPS FOR YOUR ENTIRE POST. In netiquette, all caps suggests you're screaming. In etiquette, it's lame. All-caps posts will be deleted.
  6. Please scan through previous posts to see if someone has already addressed your theory or comment.
