TV Guide Pontificates on Lost Secrets

With tongue planted firmly in cheek, TV Guide writer Ben Katner outlines six potential explanations for the odd goings-on in the "Lost" Universe. They are:
  1. The survivors aren't survivors at all. They're in heaven.

  2. Or, the survivors aren't survivors at all. They're in purgatory.

  3. The survivors have been abducted by aliens and they're now being studied in some sort of outer-space laboratory.

  4. The survivors have crashed into a prehistoric island (a la "Jurassic Park") where ancient creatures roll through the forest.

  5. The survivors have been abducted by the government and are being studied in some sort of tropical island laboratory.

  6. The survivors will eventually meet up with seven wacky castaways whose wayward boat crashed on the shores of the "Lost" island. Hijinks ensue when Kate hooks up with Gilligan and Sayid and the Professor engage in an invent-off.
Not to toot our own horn or anything, but almost all of these theories have been debated in Filmfodder's "Lost" Forum. Wait. I guess that is tooting our own horn. No matter. Stop on by and add your thoughts. -- Mac
